Stanley Park Lawn Bowling Club (Calgary) has over 120 members of all ages, but more are always welcome! Lawn bowling is a great way to meet new people and share in some friendly competition.
The lawn bowling season runs from late May to the end of September.
Join as a couple, or family, or get a group together. There are no initiation fees – all you need are flat-soled shoes. Membership Fees include all the equipment you’ll need for the season. Eventually, most members purchase their own bowls.
For those who are aged 18 years or older.
- You enjoy unlimited playing time with unrestricted access to the greens at your leisure
- You’re invited to participate in club draws, leagues, and tournaments
- You can enter open tournaments held by other clubs
- You can enter provincial qualifier tournaments which can pave the way to national championships.
- You’re also welcome to join in any social gatherings hosted by the club.
- You have the right to vote in society meetings and hold a position on the board

- If you are just starting out, or if you choose not to purchase a full membership, daily drop-in fees are only $10.00.
